About LED Light Therapy:
LED light therapy is a painless, relaxing, non-invasive skin-care treatment that has multiple benefits—particularly stimulating collagen, treating mild to moderate acne, minimize fine lines and wrinkles, treat sun-damage and stretch marks, and reduce redness after more aggressive IPL or laser treatments, certain wavelengths have even been shown to reduce dark spots and uneven skin tone.
LED Light therapy penetrates the skin to treat issues from the inside out.
It is suitable for all skin types and can be used in combination with skin peels, facials. Microdermabrasion and laser treatments to further enhance treatment results.

No, it is a gentle, painless, safe, non-invasive and non-abrasive treatment.
Are LEDs better than lasers?
Results with LEDs are not as impressive but we are not using aggressive ablative treatments such as lasers. LED treatments can be very effective when used correctly.
How does LED facial feel?
The beauty of this treatment is that it us totally pain-free and completely safe. Is stimulates the natural functions of your skin cells without causing damage. Therefore, there is no downtime or risk of unwanted side effects.
What is the recommended schedule for LED Facials?
Depends on the age and condition of your skin. A course of treatments is recommended which for the majority consists of two treatments a week for 4 weeks. However, 1 – 2 sessions can give skin a ‘pick-me-up’ prior to an important business or social event.
How soon can I expect to see results?
The skin can look different after just 1 treatment – smother and more hydrated with natural radiant glow. However, since the treatment in essentially stimulation the body’s natural healing mechanism, the most visible results are not immediate. Instead, results vary from person to person but after a course of treatments clients report an overall improvement of skin tone clarity and softening of fine lines and wrinkles. The skin continues to improve 3 – 6 months after a course of treatments.
Do I need maintenance?
Yes. Maintenance treatments are important in order to maintain your visible results. Usually once a month treatment is recommended.
Is LED a good complement to other skin treatments?

Can I undergo micro-current while being treatment with LED?

Can I put make-up on immediately after?

Can I go out in the sun after this treatment?
Yes unless you have a combination treatment and you will be advised. The treatment des not increase photo-sensitivity. We do however insist you apply a broad-spectrum UVA & UVB sunscreen every day.
Is LED for everyone?
Whilst almost everyone can benefit from the usage of light therapy, these treatments will have the greatest impact on skin with sluggish metabolism and slow cellular activity showing visible signs of aging.
Contraindications for light therapy: pregnancy, epilepsy, medication that cause sensitivity, currently taking steroids/ cortisone injections.
